COMPANION” OR “SITTER” means a person who spends time with or cares for an elderly, handicapped, or convalescent individual and accompanies such individual on trips and outings and may prepare and serve meals to such individual. Our companion care services are intended to provide you with exactly the help your loved one needs to remain in his or her home. A companion may not provide hands-on personal care to a client.”
"HOMEMAKER” means a person who performs household chores that include housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, shopping assistance, routine household activities and routine household activities for an elderly, handicapped, or convalescent individual. The homemaker shall maintain the home in an optimum state of cleanliness and safety depending upon the patient ‘s and the caregiver ‘s resources, report to the appropriate supervisor any incidents or problems related to his work or to the caregiver; report any unusual incidents or changes in the patient ‘s behavior to the case manager; and maintain appropriate work records.
We provide services wherever the clients reside whether it’s in the Assisted Living facility, Nursing Homes or Hospital setting.
We can schedule you on an as-needed basis, intermittently or everyday whatever an individual’s particular situations require.
Generally, Medicare and/or Medicaid will cover the cost of home health services for those patients who meet either program's eligibility requirements. Private insurance companies, managed care organizations, workers comp plans may also pay for home health services. We also have a private pay option.
No. You will only pay for the services we provide once they have been provided and you are completely satisfied with our service.
